IN LOVE with this new spot. Came out for our 7th anniversary plus restaurant week. Ryan was our server and he was ABOVE and beyond. We had for an appetizer, a fancy portabello and a nice potato dish (pommes fondant). Super delicious. The portabello was incredible. For main course we had the espresso steelhead and chimichurri steak. Just WOW. They were incredible. For dessert we had the molten chocolate cake and berry sorbet. The cocktails were beyond incredible. While making them the entire place smelled of burnt wood and sugar. All in all. The food was mouth watering. The service by Ryan was above and beyond. He was easy to talk to and oh so knowledgeable about all things enjoyable. We will be back!!!!! Ended the night by checking out the GORGEOUS rooms upstairs with Taty. She was so knowledgeable with the history of the building and we toured a room. We will be back SOON to indulge fully at the restaurant and spend the night at this gorgeous inn. Thank you Taty for the incredible tour!

I’m a Spokane local who frequents Coeur d’Alene, and I’ve been wanting to try this place for years. Finally, I got to go with my fiancé, and wow, what gem! The food was phenomenal, and the presentation was impeccable. The service was amazing, and the atmosphere was simply delightful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience.

Visited July 2024 Loved our evening at 315 Cuisine! We joined friends and grabbed a spot out on the patio, and between the twinkly lights, great company, and seriously good food...it was the kind of dinner that makes you linger longer than planned. The caprese salad was a standout (hello, crusty fresh bread—don’t skip it!) and oh so fragrant basil. Everything had this bright, vibrant flavor that you only get from a true scratch kitchen. I went vegetarian and was thrilled with the options, roasted cauliflower that actually taste like something you might want to eat! My husband ordered the filet mignon steak and barely spoke until he’d cleared his plate. That’s how you know it hit the mark. Built in 1908 and so beautifully restored, this place has an effortlessly cool energy...like it knows it's good, but doesn’t need to shout about it. We’ll absolutely be back for more.

This adorable restaurant is located within an Inn. If you stay at the Inn, they give you a very generous gift card to spend at the restaurant. Not only is the Inn a unique experience, but the restaurant cannot be overlooked. As an architecture enthusiast, I fell in love with the 1908 aesthetic of the building itself. The cocktails are worth their price and the food is worth waiting for on a busy day. Glad I chose to pick this historic building for my one night stay in Idaho on a work trip. I will absolutely be returning when I visit for future job site visits.

We stayed at the B&B there and had an amazing meal at 315! The food was incredibly delicious. We had several tapas and also full meals in addition. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience! The staff were amazing on top of the great food they served. My husband enjoyed a craft cocktail too. We will definitely return the next time we come to visit our kids. I cant say enough good things about our experience there!

315 Cuisine is my favorite go-to spot for romantic evening in Coeur d’Alene.. From the food to the drinks to the ambiance & service - everything is 5 stars and perfect for a romantic evening. There’s even boutique rooms to stay in on the upper floors if you’re visiting from out of town or for a fun staycation while being just far away from the noise but still walkable to downtown & the lake. Can’t recommend this place enough.

315 Cuisine is truly one of the best restaurants in Coeur d’Alene! We celebrated a friend’s birthday here, and the entire experience was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our group of 10 and made everything seamless. The craft cocktails were absolutely amazing — creative, balanced, and beautifully presented. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu; every dish was delicious! Such a perfect spot for a special celebration or just a great night out.

Last night I had the pleasure of dining at 315 Cuisine in Coeur d’Alene while in town on a business trip, and I can confidently say it was one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment our group walked in, the atmosphere struck the perfect balance between upscale and welcoming, ideal for a professional dinner with colleagues while still feeling relaxed and enjoyable. We decided to go the tapas route so we could try a variety of dishes, and that was absolutely the right move. Every plate that came out was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. The craft cocktails were equally impressive, thoughtfully balanced, creative, and clearly made with care. You can tell the team behind the bar takes pride in what they’re serving. And then came dessert...the Chocolate Oasis! If you’re even remotely a chocolate fan, this is non-negotiable. It was rich without being overwhelming, decadent yet perfectly balanced, and the kind of dessert that makes the whole table pause mid-conversation just to savor it. It was the perfect finale to an already fantastic meal. A special shoutout to Rachel, our server, who truly elevated the entire experience. She was attentive without hovering, knowledgeable about the menu, and incredibly courteous throughout the evening. She offered excellent recommendations and made sure everything flowed seamlessly, which is especially appreciated when dining with a larger group. If you’re in Coeur d’Alene, whether for business or pleasure, 315 Cuisine is an absolute must. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town.

Wow— best restaurant we’ve been to in Coeur d’alene. Incredible cocktail menu, and the appetizers and food were so well presented and tasted incredible. In a historic building and you can really feel the charm. If we were visiting this would be an awesome place to stay, but the restaurant didn’t have the “hotel restaurant” vibes (in a good way). We can’t wait to come back!!

Finished resteraunt week off strong at 315 Cuisine in CDA. They are always phenomenal and never disappoint. We started off so good with delicious Crab cakes and Korean Meatballs. (Korean meatballs not pictured we accidentally inhaled them. Seriously absolutely amazing and japchae noodles were delicious) The crab cakes were a perfect balance citrus and spice, loved the garlic lemon aioli. The second course we got the same dish with no regrets. It was one of the best dishes I’ve had in awhile. The flavor they packed in the Argentine Flank was amazing. We love anything with chimchurie, but the addition of serrano aioli was such nice touch. The whole dish was such amazing blend of spices and flavors. The steak a perfect rare with melt in your mouth tenderness. We ended our dinner with the Apple Crescendo and the Brownie Pavé. Both perfectly melted in our mouth. We fought for the last bites and was perfect way to end the meal. I especially enjoyed the Apple Crescendo it had a lot deverse textures. It was absolutely devine… All of these items are featured on their regular menu!! So luckily if you didn’t have time to stop by during restaurant week. As always the service was exceptional!
